According to Shabestan news report, Hojatolislam Ali Reza Panahian addressed the Unity Seminar held at Hamdard Hall under the subject "Prophet (PBHU)'s character and Islamic Unity" in Lahore, Pakistan.
The Seminar "Prophet (PBHU)'s character and Islamic Unity" has been organized jointly by the two prominent Shia organizations of Pakistan, Imamia Students Organization (ISO) and Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen (MWM). The seminar started after evening prayers at 1900 hours and lasted till 2100 hours with the participation of Shias and Ahlul-Sunnah side by side.
Hojatolislam Panahian is the second prominent Persian speaking scholar visiting Pakistan after Dr. Rahimpour Azghadi in less than 6 months on the invitation of Pakistan's Imamia Students Organization (ISO).
